BEING MENTALLY STRONG IS ABOUT POSITIVE THINKING ALL THE TIME

Mental strength is about your ability to take any situations that come your way and take action in a way that serves your life in the best way. It’s about believing that no matter the circumstances, you have the ability to think about it any way you want.
It’s impossible to think of positive thoughts all the time. However; We live in a society where we are taught that if you have negative thoughts that something must be wrong with you. Having positive and negative thoughts are part of being a human experiencing the world. Life is 50% positive and 50% negative. Thinking overly positive thoughts can be just as detrimental as thinking overly negative thought; because thinking in either of these extreme ways won’t propel you to take massive action towards your goal.
When things go wrong in your journey, knowing that it’s all part of life and that you are still in control is everything. Developing mental strength isn’t about chasing happiness. Being mentally strong will help you be more content in life, but it isn’t about waking up every day and trying to force yourself to feel happy — instead, it about making the decisions that will help you reach your full potential.

IF YOUR’E MENTALLY STRONG YOU ARE COMPLETELY SELF-RELIANT

Mental strength isn’t about not needing help from anyone or any type of higher power. Mental strength is about knowing that as amazing as you are, you don’t have all the answers, and that okay. We, as humans, all hold various talents and skills that we can use to help one another.
It’s in knowing that you have the capability to learn anything that you don’t know yet, and it’s powerful to ask others who have the knowledge. You aren’t required to do everything alone. Many
asking for help when you need it, and acknowledge that you can gain strength

You must go into this journey with a beginner’s mind. You don’t know everything about losing weight, exercising, eating write, changing habits, etc. and that’s perfectly fine. You don’t need to know everything, but you need to be strong enough to admit it and receive the knowledge from someone who does. Asking for help does not make you weak or incompetent.

WHEN YOUR MENTAL STRONG. YOU DON’T LET EMOTIONS

Emotions don’t make you weak; it makes you a human being. Everyone has them. Increasing your mental strength isn’t bout suppressing your emotions; instead, it’s about developing a keen awareness of them and learning how to feel your emotions. It’s about interpreting and understand how your emotions influence your thoughts and behavior, which leads to all the results in your life. This is so important to know in this journey. Not developing this skill can lead to sabotaging behaviors that will slow down your weight loss process.
